[Abstract]Objective：To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine manipulationrehabilitation combined with minimally invasive percutaneous needle puncture in the treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children.Method：A total of 86children with supracondylar fracture of humerus admited to Leping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2023 to March 2O24 were divided into two groups by the random numbertable method，with 43cases ineach group.The control group was treated with lateral open reduction Kirschner needle internal fixation，and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine manipulation rehabilitation combined with minimally invasive percutaneous needle puncture.The clinical efficacy， clinical indexes，elbow jointrangeof motion，elbow joint function，complicationrateandparents'satisfactio with treatment between the two groups were compared. Result： The excellent and good rate in the observation group （95.35 % ） was higher than that in the control group （81.40 % ）， the fracture healing time was earlier than that in the control group，the operation time was shorter than that in the control group，the intraoperative blood losswas lower than that in the control group（ P <0.05）.The range of motion of the elbow joint and Mayo elbowpulmonary function score （MEPS）in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at6 months after surgery （ P <0.05）. The complicationrate in theobservation group was lower than that inthecontrol group，and the score of the parent satisfaction questionnaire was higher than that in the control group （ P <0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine manipulation rehabilitation combined with minimaly invasive percutaneous needle puncture is effective in the treatment of supracondylar fractureof humerus in children.This approach helps reduce intraoperative blood loss，accelerates fracture healing，shortens operation time，facilitates postoperativefunctional recovery，andresults in fewer complications，it also enhances parents' satisfaction with treatment.
