[Abstract]Objective：To investigate the effects of nurse-based，anaesthesiologist and specialist-supervised acute pain services （NBASS-APS） in patients undergoing total keen arthroplasty.Method： A total of 82 patients who underwent total kneearthroplastyat Ji'an Central People's Hospital from January 2O2O to January 2O24 were selected and divided into two groups using the random number table method，the observation group （41 cases） received NBASS-APS，whilethe control group （41 cases）received routine pain care.Painrelief，clinicalindicators， early postoperative fear of movement，functional recoveryand complications were compared between the two groups.Result： There were no statistically significant diferences between the two groups in terms of VAS score， kinesiophobia Tampa score，Lysholm knee joint scoreat1dafter surgery，thetimeforremoving thepostoperative drainage tube bachus，and incidence ofcomplications（ P>0.05 ）.At7and14daftersurgery，theVASscoresof both groups decreased，and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （ P <0.05）.The observation group had earlier fist ambulation time and shorter hospital stay than the control group （P<0.05） At1 monthand3 months aftersurgery，kinesiophobia Tampa scores inboth groups decreased，and thoseof the observation group were lower than those of the control group，while Lysholm knee joint scores in both groups increased，and those of observation group were higher than those of the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion：Providing patients undergoing total knee replacement with NBASS-APS can relieve pain，promote clinical recovery，and reduce earlypostoperative fear of movement，improving the prognosis.
