健脾消食湯治療小兒厭食癥的效果及其對中醫(yī)證候積分的影響

[Abstract]Objective：To analyze the effect of Jianpi Xiaoshi Decoction in the treatment of anorexia in childrenand its influence on traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores.Method： A total of 82 children with anorexia who were treated at ternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2O22 to June 2O24 were selectedand divided into the study groupand thereference group，with 41 cases ineach group.The reference group was treated with conventional western medical methods，and the study group was treated with Jianpi Xiaoshi Decoction.The treatment efect of the two groups and their influence on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were observed.Result： The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group （ P <0.05）.After 12 weeks of follow-up，the cumulative recurrence rate of the disease in the study group was lower than that in the reference group （ P <0.05）.After the treatment， the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the reference group （ P <0.05）. The main symptom improvement time in the study group were earlier than that of the reference group P<0.05 ）.Conclusion：The treatment ofanorexia inchildrenwith Jianpi Xiaoshi Decoctioncan significantly improve the clinical symptomsof the patients，efectively improve the treatment effectand improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scoreof children.
