[Abstract]Objective：To explorethe effects of three-dimensional adaptive support nursing on the degree of kinesiophobia，self-effcacyof early rehabilitation exercise，and functional recovery of elderly patients undergoing hipreplacement.Method：This studyadoptedanon-concurentcontrolled trialmethod.Ninety-six elderlypatients who underwent hip replacement and hospitalized in Wuhan Integrated Chineseand Western Orthopedic Hospital fromJune 2O21 to June2O23 were selected as the studysubjects.Among them，48 patients admited from June 2021 to May 2O22 were taken as the control group and 48 patients admited from June 2O22 to June 2023 were taken as the intervention group.Thecontrol group received routine nursing，and the intervention group received

three-dimensional adaptive support nursing on this basis.The Tampa scale for kinesiophobia-11 （TSK-11），Berg balance scale （BBS），generalized anxiety disorder （GAD-7），Harris hipscore （HHS），self-efficacyforrehabilitation scale （SER），and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Result： Four weeks after operation，the scores of TSK-11 and GAD-7in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group， and the BBS score，HHS and SER score were higher than those in the control group （ 'P<0.05 ）.Theincidenceof complicationsin the intervention group waslower than that in the control group （ P<0.05 .Conclusion：Threedimensionaladaptive support nursingcan effectively improve thedegree of kinesiophobia inelderly patients undergoing hip replacement，enhance the self-efcacy of early rehabilitation exercise，promote the functional recovery of patients，and reduce the incidence of complications.
