[Abstract]Objective：To investigate the clinical eficacyand mechanismof actionof self-formulated Tongbi YiqiDecoctioncombined with endovascular intervention in the treatment of lower extremitydeep venous thrombosis （DVT）.Method： A total of 84 patients with lower extremity DVTadmitted to the General Surgery Department of Shouguang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to December 2O23 were included in this study.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group，with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with endovascular interventional procedures，including thrombus clearance，thrombolysis， anticoagulation，etc;theobservation group was treated with theself-formulated Tongbi Yiqi Decoction onthe basis of the control group.The observation indicators included venous clinical severity score （VCSS）， vascular patency， levels of serum inflammatory factors and the incidence of post-thrombotic syndrome （PTS）.Result： Compared with before treatment，the VCSS of both groups decreased after treatment，the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group，the diferences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）. The vascular patency rateof the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the diference was statistically significant （ Pε <0.01）. Compared with before treatment， the levels of serum IL-6，hs-CRP and TNF -α in both groups decreased after treatment，the levels in the observation group were lower than those inthe control group，the diferences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）. The incidence of PTS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant ）.Conclusion： The combination of self-formulated Tongbi Yiqi Decoctionand endovascular intervention significantly improves clinical outcomes in patients with lower extremity DVT，enhancing vascular patency，reducing inflammation，and lowering the risk of PTS.
