Abstract： Food safety is a significant issue in global public health.Food safety risk assessment and food testing technologies play a crucial role in ensuring food safety.This paper delves into the close relationship between food safety risk assessment and food testing technologies，elaborates on the importance offood safetyrisk assessment and the current development status offood testing technologies，analyzes how food testing technologies provide data support for risk assessment and how risk assssment guides the development direction of food testing technologies， and emphasizes the significanceoftheir coordinated development inenhancing the level offood safety assurance.
