Research on the Relationship Between Food Nutrition and Health and Industrial Transformation Strategy

Abstract: At present, the food consumption structure of Chinese residents has undergone remarkable changes. Inorder to protectpublic healthand prevent chronic and non-communicable diseases,itis necessary to transform food production and management methods and provide more nutritious and healthy food.This paper focuses on the relationship between fod nutritionand health,analyzes the health mechanism of key nutrients,puts forward suggestions on the health transformation offood industry,and looks forward to the future research direction. Using interdisciplinary research methods,itaims to promote the healthtransformation of the food industryand provide certain references for research in related fields.
