Research on the Detection Difficulties and Optimization Strategies of Additives in Dairy Products

Abstract: With the increasing consumption of dairy foods,the safety of additives has attracted much attention. This paper analyzes the diffculties in the detection of aditives in dairy foods,and proposes optimization strategies for the diffculties inthe detectionofaditives indairy foods,aiming toimprove thedetection effciencyandaccuracy, and provide theoretical support for the quality and safety supervision of dairy products.
