Research on the Application of Intelligent Technology in Food Quality Inspection in Food Light Industry

Abstract: This article analyzes the core requirements offood quality testing, including multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation,real-time and efficiency,adaptability to complex scenarios, dynamic adaptability of standards,and traceability of the entire industry chain.It points out the problems existing in the application of intellgent technology in food quality testing in the foodand light industry sectors,and puts forwardcoresponding solutions to these problems,aiming to promote the in-depthapplicationof intellgent technology inthe feldof fod testing.
