Research on the Main Problems and Quality Control Methods in Food Inspection and Testing

Abstract: By analyzing the main problems existing in the current food inspection and testing, this paper proposes targeted quality control methods, including strengthening technology research and development and promotion,optimizing equipment management mechanism, improving personnel training system and standardizing laboratory environmentcontrol,aiming to provide theoretical reference for improving thequalityoffood inspection and testing and help improve the food safety supervision system.
