食品檢測中農(nóng)藥殘留檢測技術的探討

摘 要：本文對農(nóng)藥殘留的危害性和檢測對象進行分析，討論了氣相色譜檢測技術、電化學分析技術、波譜解析技術、酶抑制檢測技術、酶免疫檢測技術、膠體金檢測技術和納米生物檢測技術的應用要點，通過研究農(nóng)藥殘留檢測技術的發(fā)展趨勢，積累檢測技術的應用經(jīng)驗，提高農(nóng)藥殘留檢測結果的準確性。

Discussion on the Detection Technology of Pesticide Residues in Food Detection

Abstract： In this paper， the harmfulness and detection objects of pesticide residues are analyzed， and the application points of gas chromatography detection technology， electrochemical analysis technology， spectrum analysis technology， enzyme inhibition detection technology， enzyme immunoassay technology， colloidal gold detection technology and nano biological detection technology are discussed. Through studying the development trend of pesticide residue detection technology， the application experience of detection technology is accumulated， and the accuracy of pesticide residue detection results is improved.
