液相色譜分析法在白酒檢測中的運用分析

摘 要：對白酒進行檢測是保證白酒正常生產(chǎn)，維持白酒質(zhì)量，穩(wěn)定白酒市場秩序的必要手段。本文綜述了液相色譜分析法在白酒檢測中的應(yīng)用，并對白酒質(zhì)量控制發(fā)展進行展望，為白酒生產(chǎn)和質(zhì)量監(jiān)控提供參考。

Abstract： Liquor testing is a necessary means to ensure the normal production of liquor， maintain the quality of liquor and stabilize the order of liquor market. This paper summarized the research results of liquid chromatography in Baijiu detection， and prospects the development of Baijiu quality control， so as to provide reference for Baijiu production and quality monitoring.
