基于食品安全背景簡(jiǎn)析食品檢測(cè)工作創(chuàng)新發(fā)展路徑 ?

摘 要：食品安全與人們的日常生活息息相關(guān)，而食品檢測(cè)工作直接影響食品安全。因此，需在發(fā)展的過(guò)程中加強(qiáng)食品檢測(cè)工作創(chuàng)新，確保食品檢測(cè)工作可滿足不同時(shí)期的食品檢測(cè)需要，為食品安全控制提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。本文闡述了食品安全背景，分析了基于食品安全背景的食品檢測(cè)工作問(wèn)題，提出了食品檢測(cè)工作創(chuàng)新方向及發(fā)展路徑。

Analysis on the Innovative Development Path of Food Testing Work Based on the Background of Food Safety

Abstract： Food safety is closely related to people’s daily life， and food testing directly affects food safety. Therefore， it is necessary to strengthen the innovation of food testing in the process of development， ensure that food testing can meet the needs of food testing in different periods， and provide a scientific basis for food safety control. This paper expounds the background of food safety， analyzes the problems of food testing based on the background of food safety， and puts forward the innovation direction and development path of food testing.
