摘 要：糧油檢驗監(jiān)督在食品安全管理中的意義重大，但從當(dāng)前很多地區(qū)的糧油檢驗監(jiān)督工作現(xiàn)狀來看，仍存在很多不足?；诖耍疚姆治隽思Z油檢驗監(jiān)督在食品安全中的作用及糧油檢驗監(jiān)督工作的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，提出了糧油檢驗監(jiān)督工作的優(yōu)化策略，有助于食品安全工作的全面推進(jìn)。

Abstract： Grain and oil inspection and supervision is of great significance in food safety management， but from the current situation of grain and oil inspection and supervision in many regions， there are still many deficiencies. Based on this， this paper analyzes the role of grain and oil inspection and supervision in food safety and the development status of grain and oil inspection and supervision， and puts forward optimization strategies for grain and oil inspection and supervision， which is conducive to the overall promotion of food safety.
