食品中獸藥殘留的種類及檢測技術(shù)

摘 要：獸藥被廣泛用于畜牧業(yè)中，屬于功能性藥物制品。消費(fèi)者食用后，會(huì)對人體有害，并且部分藥物殘留通過動(dòng)物糞便排出體外后，還會(huì)對土壤與水源造成不同程度的破壞與影響。因此，本文主要分析了食品中獸藥殘留的種類及其相關(guān)檢測技術(shù)，并提出了食品中獸藥殘留的防控措施，以期為相關(guān)人員提供參考。

Types and Detection Technology of Veterinary Drug Residues in Food

Abstract： Veterinary drugs are widely used in animal husbandry and belong to functional pharmaceutical products. After consumers eat it， it will be harmful to human body， and after some drug residue is excreted through animal feces， it will also cause different degrees of damage and influence on the soil and water source. Therefore， this paper mainly analyzes the types of veterinary drug residues in food and their related detection technologies， and puts forward the prevention and control measures of veterinary drug residues in food， in order to provide a reference for relevant personnel.
