動(dòng)力電池?zé)峁芾硐到y(tǒng)測(cè)試平臺(tái)搭建與試驗(yàn)研究

摘 要:為了實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)不同熱管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的評(píng)測(cè)和研究,設(shè)計(jì)搭建了基于 CAN 總線通訊交互的動(dòng)力電池?zé)峁芾硐到y(tǒng)測(cè)試平臺(tái)。通過(guò)對(duì)一款電池包進(jìn)行高溫冷卻、低溫加熱、保溫性能試驗(yàn)研究,表明該測(cè)試平臺(tái)功能運(yùn)行正常,驗(yàn)證了電池?zé)峁芾硐到y(tǒng)基本控制策略的正確性,為更多熱管理系統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)的開(kāi)發(fā)建立了基礎(chǔ)。

Construction and Experimental Research of Power Battery Thermal Management System Test Platform

Abstract:In order to realize the evaluation and research on the design of different thermal management systems, a test platform for the traction battery thermal management system based on CAN bus communication interaction was designed and built. Through high-temperature cooling, low-temperature heating, and heat preservation performance test research on a battery pack, it is shown that the test platform is functioning normally, which verifies the correctness of the basic control strategy of the battery thermal management system, and establishes the foundation for the development of more thermal management system tests.
