摘 要：對于復雜的工程問題，使用不同的分析方法對解決問題的效率都有所不同。在新能源敞篷車開發(fā)過程中，結(jié)合謝寧Red X方法論從Y到X的思路，通過基于證據(jù)的拆分策略，精準快速分析頂篷系統(tǒng)驗證問題的根本原因，為新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)中復雜問題的分析提供借鑒。

Using Shainin Red X Methodology Analysis Folding Top System Test Problems

Abstract：For complex engineering problems analysis， use different analysis methodology will get different efficiency. In new Cabriolet development process， the team according to the Y to X's strategy from Shainin Red X， gradually get the root cause， so could be precision and fast confirmed the root cause of Folding Top system test problems.
