以安全為主線的普車實訓(xùn)教學(xué)管理

摘 要：普車實訓(xùn)既是對已學(xué)理論課程的實踐鞏固，也為數(shù)控實訓(xùn)及后續(xù)課程打基礎(chǔ)。普車實訓(xùn)具有一定的危險性，必須加強安全教育與管理。在實訓(xùn)中以“8S管理”標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對學(xué)生進行工廠化管理，將安全教育管理主線貫穿整個實訓(xùn)過程，注重對學(xué)生品質(zhì)和意識的培養(yǎng)，努力培養(yǎng)出是有較高綜合素質(zhì)的專業(yè)技能型人才。

General Vehicle Practical Training Teaching Management with Safety as the Main Line

Abstract：The general car training is not only a practical consolidation of the theoretical courses that have been learned， but also a foundation for the numerical control training and subsequent courses. General vehicle training has certain dangers， and safety education and management must be strengthened. In the training， the “8S management” standard is used to manage the students in a factory， and the main line of safety education management runs through the entire training process， and the cultivation of students' quality and awareness are paid attention to so as to cultivate talents with professional skills and high comprehensive quality.
