摘 要：內(nèi)部審核在汽車質(zhì)量管理體系中起著不可替代的作用。本文主要分析了汽車質(zhì)量管理的重要性和內(nèi)部審核員在汽車質(zhì)量管理體系內(nèi)部審核中的作用，研究了汽車行業(yè)管理體系內(nèi)部審核的現(xiàn)狀，提出了實施汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系內(nèi)審員培訓的幾點思考。

Abstract：Internal audit plays an irreplaceable role in the automotive quality management system. This paper mainly analyzes the importance of automobile quality management and the role of internal auditors in the internal audit of the automobile quality management system， studies the current situation of the internal audit of the automobile industry management system， and proposes several ways to implement the internal auditor training of the automobile industry quality management system.

在最近十年中，我國的汽車行業(yè)發(fā)展迅速，產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條逐漸增長，中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)開始出現(xiàn)了井噴式的發(fā)展情況，汽車逐漸向普通的市場發(fā)展，普通家庭也逐漸有能力擁有汽車，而車輛的價格，性能等受到了廣泛關(guān)注，尤其是汽車的質(zhì)量成為了人們最重視的一個部分。（剩余4654字）
