摘 要：本文通過對(duì)車身在線尺寸測(cè)量的方法驗(yàn)證，對(duì)機(jī)器視覺測(cè)量技術(shù)的影響因子分析優(yōu)化提高了系統(tǒng)測(cè)量精度，同時(shí)本技術(shù)具有柔性化、自動(dòng)化、智能化及關(guān)鍵區(qū)域測(cè)量符合高節(jié)拍生產(chǎn)要求等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，具備應(yīng)用推廣基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract：In this paper， by verifying the method of online measurement of body size， the influence factor analysis of machine vision measurement technology improves the measurement accuracy of the system. At the same time， this technology has the advantages of flexibility， automation， intelligence and key area measurement in line with the requirements of high-speed production and has the basis of application and promotion.

1 背景介紹

隨著市場(chǎng)汽車消費(fèi)需求逐步向年輕化、個(gè)性化、智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)化的產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)變，汽車從傳統(tǒng)的代步工具逐步向智慧移動(dòng)終端所發(fā)展，汽車行業(yè)為不斷滿足用戶需求，制造模式也逐步向多品種、小批量、個(gè)性化定制的方向邁進(jìn)，而無論產(chǎn)品如何變化，這些必基于高品質(zhì)車身來滿足安裝及其功能實(shí)現(xiàn)，車身制造關(guān)鍵尺寸直接影響白車身的質(zhì)量及其合格率。（剩余2971字）
