基于雙元制校企合作的新能源汽車專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式研究

摘 要：雙元制指的是用人單位和培養(yǎng)單位雙方簽訂用人協(xié)議，制定人才培養(yǎng)方案，有效利用雙方的資源優(yōu)勢進(jìn)行人才培養(yǎng)?；诖耍疚囊孕履茉雌噷I(yè)為研究對象，對基于雙元制的校企合作人才培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行了探索，以供參考。

Abstract：The dual system refers to the signing of an employment agreement between the employer and the training unit， the development of a talent training plan， and the effective use of the resource advantages of both parties for talent training. Based on this， this article takes the new energy vehicle major as the research object， and explores the school-enterprise cooperation talent training model based on the dual system for reference.

1 引言

新能源汽車專業(yè)是近幾年在國家倡導(dǎo)的節(jié)能降耗戰(zhàn)略下開設(shè)的專業(yè)，因其比傳統(tǒng)汽車更具節(jié)能降耗優(yōu)勢，加之，國家有關(guān)政策制度的支持和幫助，新能源汽車在汽車市場市場初露頭角，但同時(shí)對新能源汽車專業(yè)人才的需求更加迫切。（剩余3900字）
