基于兩性一度的《汽車服務(wù)工程》教學(xué)改革研究

摘 要:隨著金課的提出,線上線下混合式教學(xué)模式逐漸成為高等教育教學(xué)模式改革的突破口。《汽車服務(wù)工程》課程基于兩性一度,首先進(jìn)行可行性分析,其次提出改革思路;最后展示典型的混合式教學(xué)案例。

Abstract:With the introduction of the Golden Course, the online and offline hybrid teaching model has gradually become a breakthrough in the reform of higher education teaching models. The “Automotive Service Engineering” course is based on the two features and one dimension. First, the article conducts a feasibility analysis, and then proposes reform ideas, and finally, shows a typical mixed teaching case.

1 引言
《汽車服務(wù)工程》課程要求學(xué)生能夠分析汽車銷售、保養(yǎng)與維修、二手車鑒定與評(píng)估、汽車保險(xiǎn)與理賠等服務(wù)實(shí)際問題、制定工作計(jì)劃和服務(wù)戰(zhàn)略、實(shí)施并解決服務(wù)工程問題。(剩余2869字)
