東西部產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移背景下智能制造類專業(yè)集群現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制改革與實(shí)踐

摘 要：隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移背景下新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展，支撐產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的人才供給問題，成為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展所面臨的突出矛盾。本文以校企合作為基礎(chǔ)，探索基于專業(yè)群的現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制人才培養(yǎng)模式，探索新產(chǎn)業(yè)格局下“學(xué)教研產(chǎn)”融合發(fā)展的新路徑。

Abstract：With the rapid development of emerging industries under the background of industrial transfer，the problem of talent supply supporting the sustainable development of the industry has become a prominent contradiction faced by regional economic development.Based on the schoolenterprise cooperation，this paper explores the modern apprenticeship talent training mode based on professional groups，and explores a new path for the integrated development of "learning，teaching，research and production" under the new industrial pattern.
