摘要：HPA605是一種用于海上及陸地應用的高速離心分離機。該設備主要用于清除礦物油中的水和固體顆粒（污渣）。本文重點以HPA型分油機出水口跑油為研究對象，分析了原因，并找出了故障位置，通過修理解決了此故障，并根據(jù)經(jīng)驗列舉了其他幾種常見故障即解決方法。

Abstract：HPA605 is a high speed centrifuge for offshore and land applications.The equipment is mainly employed to remove water and solid particles（slags）from mineral oil.This present paper focuses on the HPA type oil separator water outlet running oil as the research object，and the reasons are analyzed，the fault location are found out，the problems are solved by repairing.Eventually，several other common faults and problems are solved according to experience.
