基于新時(shí)代大學(xué)生思想行為特點(diǎn)的德育路徑探究

摘 要 “立德樹人，育人為本，德育為先”，新時(shí)代德育工作面向思維更加活躍的學(xué)生群體，逐漸形成更加全面的德育模式。文章對(duì)湖北省部分高校學(xué)生的思想行為特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行調(diào)研，基于調(diào)研成果構(gòu)建出“雙重激勵(lì)的交互式體驗(yàn)”德育路徑，從德育主客體和德育教育場(chǎng)域全員全方位助力高校對(duì)新時(shí)代大學(xué)生的德育。

Abstract "Strengthen morality and cultivate people， prioritize education， and prioritize moral education"， the moral education work in the new era is aimed at students who are more active in thinking， gradually forming a more comprehensive moral education model. The article conducts research on the ideological and behavioral characteristics of students in some universities in Hubei Province， and based on the research results， constructs a "dual incentive interactive experience" moral education path， which comprehensively assists universities in the moral education of new era college students from both the subject and object of moral education and the field of moral education.
