基于CDIO理念的臨床護理技能教學改革探索

摘 要 文章針對臨床護理技能課程教學中存在的問題,將CDIO教學模式應用于臨床護理技能教學中,具體措施包括教學內容的確定,教學團隊的遴選,教學案例的構思、設計、實現(xiàn)、運作等,通過師生調查反饋,CDIO教學模式充分激發(fā)了學生的學習興趣與熱情,有效提升了學生的學習效果、技能水平及綜合素質。

Exploration of Clinical Nursing Skill Teaching Reform Based on CDIO Concept

Abstract In view of the problems existing in the teaching of clinical nursing skills, the CDIO teaching mode was applied to the teaching of clinical nursing skills. The specific measures include the determination of teaching content, the selection of teaching team, the conception, design, implementation and operation of teaching cases, etc. Through the survey feedback of teachers and students, the CDIO teaching mode fully stimulated students' learning interest and enthusiasm, effectively improving the learning effect, skill level and comprehensive quality of students.
