小微企業(yè)視域下高職智能型財(cái)務(wù)人才培養(yǎng)模式研究

摘要 高職教育作為小微企業(yè)應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)主陣地，必須認(rèn)清數(shù)字化時(shí)代的人才需求和缺口，就此而言，高職財(cái)務(wù)人才教育目標(biāo)必須是培養(yǎng)“既有財(cái)會(huì)知識(shí)，又懂新科技應(yīng)用特點(diǎn)”的智能型財(cái)務(wù)人才。然而，目前新型人才培養(yǎng)模式存在技術(shù)應(yīng)用普及與時(shí)代潮流相悖的不足之處，亟待解決。

Research on the Training Mode of Intelligent Financial Talents in HigherVocational Colleges from the Perspective of Small and Micro Enterprises

Abstract  As the main position for training applied talents in small and micro enterprises， higher vocational education must recognize the talent demand and gap in the digital era. In this regard， the goal of higher vocational financial talent education must be to cultivate intelligent financial talents who "have both accounting knowledge and the application characteristics of new technology". However， at present， our new talent training model has some shortcomings， such as the popularization of technology application and the trend of the times， which need to be solved urgently.
