研究生自主管理實(shí)驗(yàn)室模式實(shí)踐與探討

摘  要  以貴州大學(xué)貴州省藥用植物繁育與種植重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究生自主管理實(shí)驗(yàn)室的實(shí)踐為例，簡(jiǎn)述研究生自主管理實(shí)驗(yàn)室的發(fā)展歷程，總結(jié)其在自主管理實(shí)驗(yàn)室過程中發(fā)揮的特色作用，探討其自主管理實(shí)驗(yàn)室的可行性，以期為研究生自主管理實(shí)驗(yàn)室模式和培養(yǎng)研究生綜合能力提供參考。

Abstract  Taking the practice of the postgraduate self-management laboratory in the Key Laboratory of medicinal plant breeding and planting in Guizhou Province of Guizhou University as an example， this paper briefly describes the deve-lopment process of the postgraduate self-management laboratory in our laboratory， summarizes the special role played in the management of the self-management laboratory， and probes into the feasibility of the self-management laboratory. In order to provide reference for the mode of self-manage-ment laboratory and the cultivation of comprehensive ability of postgraduates.

高校實(shí)驗(yàn)室是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新[1]、服務(wù)教師教學(xué)科研[2]、為社會(huì)發(fā)展提供先進(jìn)知識(shí)理論和技術(shù)的重要場(chǎng)所[3]，在高校建設(shè)和發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著重要作用[4]。（剩余4669字）
