Measurement of the Development Level of Digital Countryside in Shanxi Province

Abstract:TakingShanxiProvinceastheresearchoject,basedonthecootationofdigitalvillgesandthegoalsofruraleviaization,acomprehensiveevaluationindexsystemwasconstructed,coveringsixdimensionsand26indicators,includingdigitaldevelopmentenviront,uraletokrastrucureigialluralpoductioiialilgegoeaneigialoratiodi talinformationservices.Theentropyweightmethodwasusedtodeterminetheindex weights.CombiningdatafromtheShanxiStatisticalYearbookfromO17toO1andrelevantfieldresearchdata,thedevelopmentlevelofdigitalvilagesinthe11prefecture-level cities withintheprovincewasmeasuredandcomprehensivelyevaluated.Theresearchshowedthatthedevelopmentlevelofdigitalvillage inShanxiProvincehadbeensteadilyrising,butthedevelopmentwassignificantlyunbalancedamongregions.CitieslikeTaiyuan,JinzhongandYuncheng wereplacedintheleadingpositionbyrelyingonpolicysupportandgeographicaladvantages.Meanhile, regionslikeLvliangandShuozhoulaggedbehindindevelopmentduetobeingconstrainedbyweakinfrastructureandresourcescacity. Fromadimesioalperspectie,igialoerationddigitaldevelopenteiontereaidlyiproveduturaltrkifr structureconstructionanddigitalagiculturalproductionstillemainedasaklinks.Basedonthis,ountermeasuresandstio wereproposedinthepaper,suchsstrengtheningorganizationalleadership,improvinguraldigitalinfrastructureconstructio,increasingfinancialinvestmentandsupport,strengtheningagiculturalsiencendtechologyequipmentsupport,uildingaalentsupportsystem,strengthningteconstructionofdigitalvillgedevelopment teas,mobilngthactiveparticipationofultipleural subjects,improvingthedigitallevelofruralgoverance,formulatingcharacteristicoptimizationconstructionplans,ndeploring characteristicdigitalmodelsofuralareas,soastoprovidateoreticalbasisandpracticaleferencefortheigqualitydevelopment ofdigital villages in Shanxi Province.
