Evaluation of the integrated development of primary，secondary，and tertiary industries in rural areas of Xinjiang and its impact on farmer income increase and agricultural value addition

Abstract：Anevaluationindexsystemfortheintegrateddevelopmentofprimarysecondaryndtertiaryindustriesinuraleasof Xinjiangwasonstuctedsediedmesis：dustrialhainetesiultifucioalinustryexpasiontegaof cultureandserviceindustries，conomicbenefits，ndsocialbenefits.Theentropymethodwasusedtoevaluatethelevelofintegated developmentofprmary，econdaryndtertiaryindustriesinuraleasofXinjiangndtegrycorelatioanalysismetodasemployedtoanalyzethdegreeofcoelationndimpactof12tertiaryindicatorsintheindexsystemonfarmerincomeincreaseandgriculturalvaleadditioeesultssoedatfro14t1，edegofitegatiofpriarysecodaryndtertayidustriesinruralareasofXinjiangcontinuedtoeepe，ithallsecondaryindicatorsshowinganupwardtrend;howeve，eovealevel ofintegrateddevelopmentremainedrelativelylow，andindustrialchaiextensioncotributedtheosttotheintegatedevelont. Theimpactofarioustertiaryindicatorsonfrericoncreasedriculturalvalueaditiodiered，utteirdegrefelationwasstrong.Teintegatedevelopmentofprmarycodaryndtertiaryidustrisiuralareaseetivelypromoedari comeincreaseandgriculturalvalueaddition，ronglysupportingtheimplementationoftheruralrevitalizationstrategy.TofurthdvancetheintegatedevelopntofpriaryecondaryndtertiaryidustriesinralsXinjngstilldedtoootculturalindustrialchainextension，uildadvantageousindustrialcusters，expandindustrialulifunctioalitynaneteality andupgradingofleisureagriculture，ntegateagriculturewithserviceindustries，srengthenproductiomarketinglinkageservices， prioritize farmer income increase，and advance coordinated urban-rural development.
