船舶工程常見(jiàn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的技術(shù)歸零方法

摘    要：船舶工程是一個(gè)多學(xué)科、多部件集成的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)，在設(shè)計(jì)建造過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，需要開(kāi)展技術(shù)和管理雙歸零工作。本文結(jié)合產(chǎn)品級(jí)、系統(tǒng)級(jí)、設(shè)備級(jí)等幾個(gè)不同層次的技術(shù)歸零案例，分析了船舶質(zhì)量事故發(fā)生后的常見(jiàn)技術(shù)歸零流程，給船舶科研技術(shù)人員提供一些借鑒和啟示。

Abstract： Ship engineering is a multi-disciplinary and multi-component complex system. Both administrative and technical zeroing work should be done when quality problems occur during design and construction. Based on different levels of ships， systems and equipments quality problems， some technical zeroing methods are introduced as for the happening of marine quality problems， and provide some reference and experience for marine technical personnel.
