大型船舶可收放式減搖鰭模塊吊裝方案

摘    要：針對(duì)大型船舶的可收放式減搖鰭現(xiàn)場(chǎng)吊裝過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題和困難，提出一套減搖鰭模塊最佳吊裝方案，圓滿地完成了減搖鰭模塊進(jìn)艙安裝作業(yè)，為后續(xù)船舶的同類(lèi)安裝提供參考。

Installation Scheme of Retractable Fin Stabilizer Modules of Large Ship

Abstract： Aiming at the problem and difficulties in the on-site hoisting process of retractable fin stabilizers for large ships， this article proposes a complete set of optimal hoisting scheme for fin stabilizer modules， overcomes the difficulties in the construction process， successfully completes the installation of fin stabilizer modules， and accumulates experience for the installation of subsequent ships.

1    前言

當(dāng)前部分大型船舶在船中位置設(shè)置有可收放式減搖鰭，左右各1套，對(duì)稱(chēng)布置，每套可收放式減搖鰭將執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)、鰭葉、管路等制作成一個(gè)組合體，為了使組合體方便和船體結(jié)構(gòu)連接，將減搖鰭鰭箱周?chē)糠执w結(jié)構(gòu)外板及結(jié)構(gòu)加強(qiáng)和減搖鰭組合體組裝成為一個(gè)小模塊。（剩余3700字）
