某大型綜合資源調(diào)查船直葉槳推進(jìn)器基座安裝工藝研究

摘 要:直葉槳推進(jìn)器結(jié)構(gòu)較大、安裝精度高,其基座加工和安裝是整個(gè)推進(jìn)器最核心的工序。本文通過改裝加工銑床、改進(jìn)加工工藝、利用高差法等先進(jìn)的工藝技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)直葉槳基座平面度達(dá)到0.1mm等安裝技術(shù)要求,對(duì)直葉槳推進(jìn)器等大型船舶設(shè)備的加工和安裝具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。

Research on Installation Process of Straight Blade Propeller Base of a Large-scale Comprehensive Resource Survey Ship

Abstract: The Straight blade propeller has large structure and high installation accuracy, among which base machining and installation is the most basic and core process of the whole propeller. In this paper, by modifying the milling machine, improving the processing technology, and using advanced technology such as the height difference method, the installation technical requirements of the straight blade propeller base plane can reach the flatness of 0.1mm, which has certain guiding significance for the processing and installation of large ship equipment such as straight blade propeller.

1 前言
直葉槳推進(jìn)器因其彌補(bǔ)了螺旋槳推進(jìn)器在低航速下船舶推力和推進(jìn)器扭力不足所導(dǎo)致的控制性能下降明顯等缺陷,正逐步取代傳統(tǒng)螺旋槳推進(jìn)器應(yīng)用于海洋科考類船舶。(剩余4787字)
