摘    要：某多功能支持船改裝，要求潛水系統(tǒng)各設(shè)備采用模塊化配置，且裝船后主甲板上設(shè)備可實(shí)現(xiàn)整體拆除和回裝。本文介紹了該改裝船潛水系統(tǒng)主要設(shè)備布置和安裝的步驟及方法，以及安裝過程中使用的工裝，為同類型船改裝工程提供借鑒。

Installing Devices of Diving System for Support Vessel

Abstract： In order not to affect other engineering operations of the ship， the diving equipment adopts modular production mode， and the equipment on the main deck can be dismantled and reloaded after loading. In this paper， according to the layout and requirements of the installation of the diving system for a multifunctional support ship， the steps and methods of the layout and installation of the main equipment of the diving system are described， and the tooling used in the installation process is introduced， which provides a reference for the same type of renovation project.

1     綜述

本船為柴電推進(jìn)、航行于無限航區(qū)的多功能支持船，具有DP3動(dòng)力定位能力；分左右兩個(gè)機(jī)艙及DP分區(qū)和配電冗余組，配備1臺(tái)250 t主動(dòng)升沉補(bǔ)償主吊機(jī)和1臺(tái)25 t主動(dòng)升沉補(bǔ)償?shù)鯔C(jī)、2套R(shí)OV及機(jī)庫(kù)等專業(yè)水下設(shè)備，作業(yè)水深可達(dá) 3 000 m；改裝船安裝一套12人、300 m水深飽和潛水系統(tǒng)，潛水鐘通過月池收放，甲板減壓艙、控制室、必需生活支持設(shè)備集成為模塊或擺放到集裝箱內(nèi)，這些設(shè)備同自航高壓逃生艇及收放架均安裝在船尾甲板上；除了船尾甲板設(shè)備外，在月池后方下層甲板的集裝箱存儲(chǔ)間內(nèi)安裝一套氣體存儲(chǔ)和控制設(shè)備，即潛水設(shè)備/儲(chǔ)氣間，這些設(shè)備連接到飽和潛水系統(tǒng)及支持船上。（剩余4358字）
