摘 要:本文敘述一種船舶軸系干塢校中的工藝方法。根據(jù)施工現(xiàn)場收集到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,驗證了塢內(nèi)進(jìn)行軸系校中與連軸的可操作性,縮短了船舶出塢/下水后在碼頭的主機(jī)軸系施工周期,具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

Alignment Process of Shafting for 2 700 TEU Container Ship at Dry Dock

Abstract: This paper describes a method of marine shafting alignment process at dry dock. Based on the analysis of the data collected from the construction site, the operability of shafting calibration and connecting in dock is verified, which shortens the construction period of the main engine shafting at wharf after ship undocking/launching, and brings good economic benefits to the shipyard.
