某3 000 DWT LNG燃料動(dòng)力散貨船燃料儲(chǔ)罐基座及其支承結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度分析

摘 要:3000DWT LNG燃料動(dòng)力散貨船的燃料儲(chǔ)罐基座及其支承結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度,是保證LNG燃料儲(chǔ)罐裝置安全的基礎(chǔ)。本文采用板梁組合模型對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)建立有限元模型,根據(jù)規(guī)范的載荷要求對(duì)其進(jìn)行數(shù)值計(jì)算分析。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,其最大的von Mises應(yīng)力在許用應(yīng)力范圍內(nèi),滿足規(guī)范要求。

Abstract: The strength of LNG fuel storage tank foundation and its reinforcement structure of 3000 DWT LNG single fuel bulk carrier is the basis to ensure the safety of LNG fuel storage tank device, and the local strength analysis of relevant structures needs to be carried out according to CCS rules. By creating the finite element model of its related structures by plate beam composite model,the numerical computation and analysis are carried out according to the load requirements of the rule. And the calculation results show that its maximum von Mises stress is within the allowable stress range, that is, the strength of LNG fuel tank base and hull support structure fulfils the requirements of the codes.
