摘    要：本文主要介紹了某執(zhí)法船高速柴油機(jī)在航行試驗(yàn)時(shí)，由于主軸瓦異常磨損導(dǎo)致主機(jī)停機(jī)。針對(duì)該故障現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了各種排查，并在排查的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)可能引起故障的各種原因進(jìn)行分析，在分析的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行整改并解決了問題。

Abstract： This paper mainly introduces the failure phenomenon of main engine shutdown caused by abnormal wear of main bearing bush of a certain type of marine high-speed diesel engine during navigation test. Various troubleshootings are carried out for this fault phenomenon， and on the basis of investigation， various possible causes for the fault are analyzed to provide a set of analysis methods. On the basis of analysis， rectification is carried out and problems are solved.

1     概述

某高速執(zhí)法船，主動(dòng)力采用3套推進(jìn)系統(tǒng)，每套推進(jìn)系統(tǒng)由一臺(tái)高速柴油機(jī)通過高彈性聯(lián)軸器與齒輪箱連接，通過中間軸、艉軸驅(qū)動(dòng)固定螺距螺旋槳。（剩余4058字）
