體教融合背景下高中高水平籃球隊(duì)培養(yǎng)路徑研究

[Abstract] Under the backgroundof continuous promotion of the strategyof integrating sportsand education，the high schoolstage，asacrucial stage forcultivating basketballreserve talents，bears thedualmisionsofenhancingcompetitive levels and promoting students'comprehensive development.This paperdeeplyanalyzes thecurrent practicaldificulties facedbyhigh-level basketballteams inhighschools interms of talentselection，trainingsystem，cultural education， teacher allocation，competition platforms，and resource integration.Italsoconstructs a systematic and scientifictraining path from multiple dimensions. Specifically，by optimizing the talent selection mechanism，establishing a scientific training system，strengthening cultural educational guarantees，enhancing the construction of teaching staf， improving competition platformconstruction，and integrating internalandexternal resources，theaim is toachieve thedeep integration of sportsandeducation，cultivatecomprehensive talents with professional skilsand comprehensivequalities for China's basketball industry，and help youth basketballachieve high-quality development.
