[Abstract] As astrategic task to continue the national cultural genes and strengthen cultural confidence，the innovative protectionand inheritance of traditional national sports projects urgentlyrequire breakthrough exploration.This article uses literature review and logical analysis totake Shanxi's traditional ethnic sports XingyiQuan asan example.Based ontheanalysisofthecurrentdificultiesandopportunities facedbythecontemporary inheritanceof traditionalnational sports，itsystematicallexplains thecultural valueandsocialsignificanceofitsinnovativedevelopment.Theresearch aimstoconstructmultidimensionalpathssuchasdigitalinheritance，educational integration，and industrialrevitalization through creative transformationstrategies，so that traditional sports can maintain theircultural roots and radiatemodern vitality，ijectingsustanableulturalmomentumintouralevitalzationandculturaltourismintegationndultimately achieving a synergistic resonance between cultural value inheritance and economic and social benefits.
