[Abstract] Based on the background of the new era，this paper systematicallyexplores the profesional characteristics and development pathsof "excellent physical educationteachers".Itproposesacultivation framework comprising three dimensions： inthe value dimension，it emphasizes the integrationof educational commitmentand professional spirit; in termsof ability，emphasis is placed on improving profesional competence and innovation ability;in terms of perspective， it pays atention to the balance between localized practice and international perspectives.Based on an indepth analysis of the role transformation of physical education teachers，thepaper puts forward a comprehensive cultivation system that includes elements suchas value-oriented guidance，curiculum innovation， methodological innovation，practice-based education，and diversified professional development.
