AbstractAsanewtheoryunderthechangeofsocialfo，scenariotheoryishighlyadaptabletothefutureruralconstruction.TakingWuxing DistrictofHuzhouCityastheresearchbject，the“twotypesandtwosets”indicatorsystemandtheesenariotypesereconstructedAnda setfreplicableuraloperationmechanismsandfutureuralcostructionpathsdbenexplord.Thispathcombinedthesixendowntsad indexsystemofWuxigDistrictwiththescenarotheoryealiedthefurterdeepenngofthe“TenMillonProject”inZejiangProvce， andcreateda"WuxingModel"ichighlightedteuiquecharandconforedtoteoveralldvelopmentofWuxigDistrict.Tissudtyot onlyprovidesapspeiefoalostructio，aloprovdsfereepathndtheticalasisforralvialaodo monprosperityofurbananduralareasMeanhile，itprovidesasientificodelfortecountrytocomprehensivelypromoteuralrevializationand accelerate the modernization of agriculture and countryside.
