AbstractObjective]TostudytheefectsoffermentationconditionsandmedumfomulationontheproductionofastaxanthinbyPaffa rhodozma.MethdIntiallyinglefctoxpeintseoducedtvestigatettsofliiotempeaturendu quently,eachpotisiceatiadiiallstedoghglectxpetsialli tionalcomponentswreaddedorremovedfrothebasicfermentationmedim,andachodfcationwastestedseparately.Resultftera 120h fermentation process,the biomass increased from 22.0 to 38.4g/L ,while the astaxanthin yield rose from 38.5 to 150.1mg/L. [Conclusion]The optimal cultivation condition is 20% , pH5.0.A nd the optimal medium formula is glucose 30.0g/L , yeast extract 3.0g/L ,peptone 1.0g/L , hydrolyzed soybean meal 4.5g/L ,corn steep powder 3.0g/L ,ammonium sulfate 5.5g/L ,MgSO4 ·7H2O 0.1g/L ;the cultivation time is 120h :
