[Conclusion]The optimal cultivation condition is 20% ， pH5.0.A nd the optimal medium formula is glucose 30.0g/L ， yeast extract 3.0g/L ，peptone 1.0g/L ， hydrolyzed soybean meal 4.5g/L ，corn steep powder 3.0g/L ，ammonium sulfate 5.5g/L ，MgSO4 ·7H2O 0.1g/L ;the cultivation time is 120h ：
