q</sup>C )和高溫( 40<sup>q</sup>C/36<sup>q</sup>C )(晝/夜)環(huán)境下,探討了廣西八桂種苗高科技集團(tuán)股份有限公司(BG)和其他苗圃(NBG)的尾巨桉(Eucalyptus urophyla ×E grandis)無(wú)性系DH32-29幼苗光合作用和生長(zhǎng)對(duì)低溫和高溫脅迫的響應(yīng)。[結(jié)果]常溫時(shí),BG幼苗的光合速率、氣孔導(dǎo)度、葉片胞間 CO<sub>2</sub> 濃度、蒸騰速率均顯著高于NBG 幼苗;在低溫和高溫脅迫下,BG和NBG生產(chǎn)的尾巨桉幼苗的光合作用和生長(zhǎng)速率均顯著下降,但BG幼苗的光合作用參數(shù)顯著高于NBG幼苗。BG幼苗的冷、熱害指數(shù)分別為0\~1和2\~3級(jí),NBG的冷熱害指數(shù)分別為1\~2和3\~4級(jí)。[結(jié)論]在正常溫度環(huán)境中,BG幼苗比NBG幼苗具有更強(qiáng)的光合作用能力,在極端氣候脅迫時(shí)也具有更強(qiáng)的抗性和恢復(fù)能力。-龍?jiān)雌诳W(wǎng)" />

Abstract[Obectie]InodertoinvestigateteefetsofextremeclimateonpotosytesisadsedlinggrowthofEucalyptusohla ×E grandis.[Method]We compared the photosynthesis and growth affected by low ( 5°C/0qC )and high temperature ( 40‰ )(day/night) betwenedlingsfromBagui SeedlingsCo.,LTD.(BG)andanotheranonymous nursery(NBG).Result]Theresultsshowedthathotosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate of BG seedlings were significantly higher than those of NBGsedlingsatootemperatureesdlingpotosthsisdgowthatecreasedsignifcantlywithlowandightemprature. ThephotosyntheticparametersofBGsedingswerealsosignificantlyhigherthantoseofNBGferloworhightmperaturetreamntThe coldand heatdamage indexesof BGseedlings wereO-1and2-3,respectively,yetthoseof NBG sedlings were 1-2and 3-4 ,respectively. [Conclusion]idicatedtatBGsdlingdastrogerpotosyeticbilttanNBGsdlinginoaltemperatueandao ger resistance and recovery ability in extreme climate stress.
