c</sub> 發(fā)酵副產(chǎn)物( RAE+CBS )對(duì)遼西半干旱區(qū)秸稈降解速率的影響。[方法]以遼西半干旱區(qū)免耕加秸稈還田保護(hù)性耕作試驗(yàn)研究田為研究區(qū),以作物產(chǎn)量和作物根系土壤為研究對(duì)象,通過淺埋滴灌的方式,采用大田試驗(yàn)和土壤室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的方法。[結(jié)果]作物產(chǎn)量在施用 RAE+CBS 后顯著提高,施用RAE+CBS土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)組分中脂肪類碳占比和多糖占比均明顯提高,芳香族碳占比明顯下降。土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)組分中多糖占比在施加高劑量 RAE+CBS 后呈先上升后下降再上升的趨勢(shì)。施用高劑量 RAE+CBS ,纖維素酶活性顯著高于對(duì)照組,施用后1\~7d纖維素酶活性呈急劇下降趨勢(shì);施加高劑量 RAE+CBS ,β-葡萄糖苷酶活性呈現(xiàn)先上升后下降再趨于平穩(wěn)的趨勢(shì)。[結(jié)論]施加 RAE+CBS 對(duì)半干旱區(qū)土壤的改良具有積極作用,其改變了土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)組分,增強(qiáng)了秸稈降解中分解纖維素能力,促進(jìn)了遼西半干旱地區(qū)土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)的積累進(jìn)程。-龍?jiān)雌诳W(wǎng)" />

Abstract[Objective]To explore the effect of applying vc fermentation by-products (RAE + CBS)on the straw degradation rate in the semiaridareaofestLoedisudoldgoseiileeitaldd areof westeLiaongasthsdyr,ihopieldndcootsoilastereseahets.Byeasofsalluridii, acombinationoffeldexpeentsndsillboratoyexpetsasdoptedesuloieldsiicatlyeasdferao of RAE + CBS.The proportionoffattyarbonandolysaccharideinsoilorganicmatercomponntssignificantlyincreasdaftertheapationof RAE + CBS,whiletheproportionofromaticarbondecreasdsignificantlyThproportionofplysachaidecompoentsinorganicateromponents showedatrendofrstincreasing,thendecreasing,andthen increasingagainaftertheapplicationofhigh-doseRAE + CBS.The cellulase activity was significantly higher than that of the control groupafter the application of high-dose RAE + CBS,and the cellulase activity showed a sharp decline trend from 1 to 7 days after application.After the application of high-dose RAE + CBS,the β -glucosidase activity showed a trend of first increasing,then decreasing,and then stabilizing.[ Conclusion] The application of RAE + CBS has a positive effect on the improvement of semi-arid soil.The application of RAE + CBS enhanced the ability to decompose cellulose in straw degradation,thereby promoting the accumulation process of soil organic matter in the semi-arid area of westerm Liaoning.
