AbstractObjective]TosystematicallevaluatethenurtionalqualityndmedicinalvalueofnationalgeographicproductCheniyam. [MethodUsingionstckyaascotrolcidhdrolysisethod,spectrophotometryliqidhomatogaphyadothreodsed todetectthecontetofsarch,protein,mneralsmioacids,olyaccdes,tc.intefrshproductsofXishmandJipicaoam[ sultlTherewasodfeeiotofbleproteg3eeoetsftotalachdopecioliJipica than Tiegun.The content of total amino acids in Xishi and Jipicao was 0.916% and 1.023% ,which was lower than the content of 1.685% in Tiegun.Teratioofesentialaminoacidtototalaminoacid(EAA/TAA)ofXishiandJipicaoasclosertoFAO/WHOrecommendedvalue thanTiegun.ThecalimndfrrumcontentindscendingorderasXishiipicao,Tiegn.Teptassuandzincontentinsnding orderwasJipicao,TiegunandXishi.ThecontentofpolysachardeandalantoinidescendingorderwasthesameascalcimcontentThe highestontentoflynolanddosinasJipicaondTegnespectivelyeflavodsontentastsigniicantlydfntbten XishiandTiegun,hichashgherthanJicao.Coclusion]Chenjiyahaseterutrialandarmacolgicalvalue,witasoblemino acid composition and high content of mineral elements,polysaccharide,polyphenol and allantoin.

山藥(DioscoreaoppositaThunb.)是薯科植物薯的地下根莖,不僅含有淀粉、氨基酸、礦物質(zhì)等營養(yǎng)成分,而且含有多糖、黃酮、皂苷等藥理活性物質(zhì),具有補脾養(yǎng)胃、生津益肺、補腎澀精的功效,是國家衛(wèi)生健康委員會2002年首批公布的藥食同源中藥材之一[1]。(剩余7594字)
