AbstractObjective]TosystematicallevaluatethenurtionalqualityndmedicinalvalueofnationalgeographicproductCheniyam. [MethodUsingionstckyaascotrolcidhdrolysisethod，spectrophotometryliqidhomatogaphyadothreodsed todetectthecontetofsarch，protein，mneralsmioacids，olyaccdes，tc.intefrshproductsofXishmandJipicaoam[ sultlTherewasodfeeiotofbleproteg3eeoetsftotalachdopecioliJipica than Tiegun.The content of total amino acids in Xishi and Jipicao was 0.916% and 1.023% ，which was lower than the content of 1.685% in Tiegun.Teratioofesentialaminoacidtototalaminoacid（EAA/TAA）ofXishiandJipicaoasclosertoFAO/WHOrecommendedvalue thanTiegun.ThecalimndfrrumcontentindscendingorderasXishiipicao，Tiegn.Teptassuandzincontentinsnding orderwasJipicao，TiegunandXishi.ThecontentofpolysachardeandalantoinidescendingorderwasthesameascalcimcontentThe highestontentoflynolanddosinasJipicaondTegnespectivelyeflavodsontentastsigniicantlydfntbten XishiandTiegun，hichashgherthanJicao.Coclusion]Chenjiyahaseterutrialandarmacolgicalvalue，witasoblemino acid composition and high content of mineral elements，polysaccharide，polyphenol and allantoin.

山藥（DioscoreaoppositaThunb.）是薯科植物薯的地下根莖，不僅含有淀粉、氨基酸、礦物質(zhì)等營養(yǎng)成分，而且含有多糖、黃酮、皂苷等藥理活性物質(zhì)，具有補脾養(yǎng)胃、生津益肺、補腎澀精的功效，是國家衛(wèi)生健康委員會2002年首批公布的藥食同源中藥材之一[1]。（剩余7594字）
