AbstractTostudythephsicochmicalpropetisandfungalommunityctureofontinuoustobacoplantingsol,diferentotious croppingareasinYan’aereselectedtoetecttheysicohemicalpropertisofsoilsamplesi3growthstagsiudingefortrasplan tingrooting,ndousngofuecudtobacondigthroughutsequencngtechologwassedtonalyethediferecsffungal communityintobaccoplantigsoilTeultsshowdthatintgowthsags,thevalablerognganicaterlablepo phorus,and available potassum incontinuous cropping soil were higher than those in non-continuous croppng soil; α diversity analysis showed that continuous cropping reduced the species richness of fungi; β diversity analysis revealed significant differences in fungal communitiesamongdiferntoousopgas;inhmuitompositoootasidotandrtilootae dominantphum;nvirontalfactooelatoaalseveaedsigifntposiicoelaionweenasidoadcoous croping years;TusonawastefirstdmnantgusinBasidiomota,andhadasignifcantpositivecoelationwithcontiuousoing years,asdoesFusruinAscoota.Teichentofsoilnutrients,hangsinthstructureoftobaccozosperefungalois, andanincreaseinterelativeabundanceofharfulfungiabesoeofthimportanteasosfrteoccencofcotiuousoingo stacles in tobacco.
