AbstractInoertoivestigatethifuenceofylthylsultanate（EM）reamentsoeritsofasicanapusL，eetimumconditionsforEMSagenesis，andstudythetraitmanifestationsofBrasicanapusL.mutants，thevarietyGanyouzaNo.8supliedby JiangxiAcadeyofgculuraliencsasuedatstatealeergeceatsintfdftertreamentitditEo centrations （ 0.50% ， 0.75% ， 1.00% ， 1.25% ， 1.50% ） were compared，and the agronomic traits after germination were observed and analyzed.ThersultssowedthattegenationateofBrasicnapusLsedsdecreasdwithteincreaseofEMSconceraioAndteate approached the semi lethal rate at 1.00% EMS，which can provide a reference for future mutagenesis experiments.After EMS treatment，there wererichvartsgoicisofsiausLineleoentofatioofghtidatssuchslathgt， branch height and silique length rangd from 21.11% to 47.04% ，with an average of 32.82% . Among them，the coeffcient of variation of the effectivesliqueiiniflosatestItiomeedelctasicnusLretsirittatld suchashigherplantandbranchhights，longerftivelengtofaniforescenes，ndalrgernumberofectivesilqueineain inflorescence and grains per silique.
