Abstract：Inheriting theredgeneisanimportantguarantee toensurethattheCPCwillneverdeteriorate，theredcountrywill neverchangecolor，andtegeatcauseofsocialismwithChinesecharacterisicswillcontinuetowinAsanefectivecarierofculturalconstruction，folkedcltionsareaniporantbateeldforieritingthedgeneintenewraroughseachitas beenfoundthatfolkredcollctionsinHeilongjiagProviceplayanimportantroleinheprotectionofredculturalrelicsandpublic culturalservicesshowngagodtrend.However，inheprocssofevelopnt，ereareasoproblessuchasisucetudng inadequateprofeioalprotetioneods，owocialaring，ndshalowacademicoopertionandecangereforitis esarytoguideandutliitasonably，sartingfrommultipledimensionssuchasgoverent，niversitis，andfolkedoltioo ganizations，topromotetedvelopmentandinnovatiooffolkdcectionsinHilogjangProvince，andtopromotetecotiution and inheritance of the red gene.
