Abstract：Theindustrializationofintangiblecuturalheritage（ICH）servesasacrucialaproachtopromoteitsinventiveprser vation，inovativeadvancementndlivinginheriance，whilealsoconstitutingavitalpathwayforChengdutoestablishiselfasa world-reownedcultural metropolisshowcasing Tianfucultureand Shu-styleelegance.Throughacasestudyof ShugongQintai，a culturaleterpriseinWuhouDistrictthatdemonstratesiovativedevelopmentofICHproducts，creationofdiversifidconsuption scenarios，enancedoperatioalanagement，activearketingstrategies，ndrengtenediteatioalechangesiitsdustral izationpractices，itexploresthemicro-leveloperationalmechanismsofICHindustralization.Basedonthecaseanalysis，specific pathsforindustrializationdevelopmentareproposedfromtheaspectsoftrengtheningthecultivationofmarketentities，ehancing publicinfrasructureostructiopromotingtheintegatedevelopmentofintangibleculturalritageindustryndstrengtengte publicityof intangibleculturalheritage，providingsugestionsforteindustializationdevelopmentofChengdu'sintangiblecultural heritage industry.
