Abstract:ThisarticleisbasedonthebackgroundoftheintegrationofNortherXinjiangcultureandvocationallaboreducation, focusingonitspracticalpathinthcolborativeducationmechanism,ndexploingtheintealizationmechanismofgioalculturalresourcesinvocationalducation;bysortingoutthecorecharacteristicsofNorthXinjiangcultureandthevaluediesios oflaboreducaon,tispapernalstheproblemsofsalouiummbeddg,akculturalientityndinsufntsouce coordinationinurrentvocationalcolgelaborducation.hisaticledoptsmehodssuchasurulumsstreconstructioio vative teachingmethods,andintegrationofulualsoucestorengtentegioalatureofuricucontent,expandeculturalnatureofteacingfiels,andonstructdversecollborationmehanisms;itmphasizestecultureoforteXijangasthe fulerum,promotesthetransfomationoflaboreducationfromskilloientedtoulturaleducationenhancessudentsculuralentity andpracticalabilityandprovidestheoreticalsupprtandpracticalpathsforbuildingaighqualityskiledtalenttrningsystem with local characteristics.
