Abstract：ThisarticleisbasedonthebackgroundoftheintegrationofNortherXinjiangcultureandvocationallaboreducation， focusingonitspracticalpathinthcolborativeducationmechanism，ndexploingtheintealizationmechanismofgioalculturalresourcesinvocationalducation;bysortingoutthecorecharacteristicsofNorthXinjiangcultureandthevaluediesios oflaboreducaon，tispapernalstheproblemsofsalouiummbeddg，akculturalientityndinsufntsouce coordinationinurrentvocationalcolgelaborducation.hisaticledoptsmehodssuchasurulumsstreconstructioio vative teachingmethods，andintegrationofulualsoucestorengtentegioalatureofuricucontent，expandeculturalnatureofteacingfiels，andonstructdversecollborationmehanisms;itmphasizestecultureoforteXijangasthe fulerum，promotesthetransfomationoflaboreducationfromskilloientedtoulturaleducationenhancessudentsculuralentity andpracticalabilityandprovidestheoreticalsupprtandpracticalpathsforbuildingaighqualityskiledtalenttrningsystem with local characteristics.
